Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), customised products (like special orders or personalised goods) and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.


European Union 14-day cancellation period
Despite the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to get a refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was authorised or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
